Is there a setup fee for a C2C Locker Room?
No. Coast 2 Coast builds your club's online store at no setup cost, with no subscription — you don't pay anything to get started.
How do members pay for their orders?
Members pay online at checkout by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Zip, so the club never handles cash at the courts.
Can we collect orders from the club instead of paying postage?
Yes. You can choose click and collect from the club, home delivery, or a single bulk delivery. Local clubs can also use the free 24/7 Community Lockers at C2C's Port Macquarie HQ.
Can the committee see what has been ordered?
Yes. Through the Club Portal back end, the committee can watch orders arrive, see who has ordered and who hasn't, and view the club's running balance and reporting.
What is the difference between the Locker Room and the B2B Exclusive Portal?
The Locker Room is a public store where members and supporters order individually, 24/7. The B2B Exclusive Portal is a private, passcode-only portal for committees placing bulk seasonal orders.
