You can still place your orders after these dates, but they may take longer than normal. Turnaround times apply as below:
Custom Rush Orders: 2 to 3 weeks production.Transit time is extra and normally takes 4 to 10 days. This option is available to custom made orders except for zipped items, varsity jackets, custom socks and accessories, towels, scarves, beanies and visors.
Custom Design Your Own (DYO) items = 3-6 weeks production before dispatch/ 6-8 weeks during peak/holiday season (2-3 more weeks if with zipper). Please allow an additional 5 working days for international transit time.
C2C Ready in Stock Items = 24hr dispatch if no extra decoration is needed. 72hr dispatch for orders with added decoration.
C2C Offsite Warehouse Stock Items = 2 to 3 weeks to dispatch orders that come from 3rd party stock warehouses which need to arrive to C2C (subject to stock availability), and then have decoration applied.
Locker Room = Timers are placed on specific items to let members order before the timer ends. Orders placed within the timer timeframe are then batched and start the 6-8 weeks production process after the timer runs out.
Custom orders which dispatch from overseas will continue production during this period, and follow the usual turnaround times.
Freight times may vary depending on your location. Freight congestion and other courier issues beyond our control might affect delivery times.
Customer service will also be reduced during our closure period, so please note our response time may take longer than usual.
